Sean was my electrician who came to my house. First he thoroughly inspected what needed to be done and listen to everything I had to say as I explained what happened. He determined what needed to be done and we discussed it. Sean returned with the parts and with a helper and included me on every step of what he was doing. He was showing and explaining to the helper exactly what he was doing. He completed the job in a reasonable amount of time and did a great job. I told him on the way out if ever I have any other electrical needs I’m definitely calling advanced heating and air again I was very satisfied with every step of the process and the price which was reasonable.

Our central air broke down on a Friday night, my son called Advanced Air Home Services on Saturday morning. Daniel was at our house in 15 minutes! He was very professional, patient, and knowledgeable. He told me my options and mentioned financing was available. If not for the financing option, I would've not been able to get a new unit.  My appointment was set for Friday, but that was going to be a very long week without air conditioning. I called Monday morning to be put on a list for any cancellations and called back later that same day expressing my desperation for an earlier appointment. Later that day, Brittany, I think was her name, called and said they could come out on Tuesday morning, I was very happy for the effort she put in to get my installation date moved up. The servicemen were promptly on time, very professional, and thorough. I was very satisfied with how quick the installation was, and how they cleaned up afterward and took all of the old air conditioner and new boxes of garbage with them. I have lived in Volusia County for half a decade and have been a homeowner on the beachside the majority of that time. During that time I have had to call numerous service providers from everything to electrical to plumbing and roofing and I can tell you hands-down that this company is by far the most professional, honest, responsive, and knowledgeable provider I have found in the whole state let alone this area. The customer service is excellent, they always come ready to work and have all the professional equipment with them. I have utilized them for plumbing, HVAC, and electrical services and they have gone above and beyond in every instance. I have also done some relatively unique work with them including running dedicated electrical lines to a third-floor for a commercial steam shower generator that involves running outside lines to dedicated fuses in the fuse panel, fishing it through a small narrow attic, and running it back down into a hallway closet while adding a new breaker on the 3rd floor for compliance. Not only did the job come out flawlessly but it looks very aesthetically pleasing as well. I have had similarly excellent experiences with the plumbing from tapping into water sources for the steam shower to resolving clogs and backed up piping to installing reverse osmosis systems and commercial ice machines these guys have never let me down. If you need anything that falls in the categories of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC there is no one better than this company.
