  • Leaking pipes
  • Low water pressure
  • Slow drains
  • Strange noises
  • Foul odors
  • Water discoloration or rust
  • Increased water bills
  • Water temperature issues
  • Wet spots or mold growth

How Can I Put a Stop to Leaking Pipes in My Home?

  • With this situation, there are some things that you can do. One of the first things you should do is look into your water pressure. The ‘safe zone’ for the water pressure is 30-50 psi. If the water pressure is above 60 psi for an extended amount of time, then that may be a problem. If leaking pipes is the case for you, give our trusted techs at Advanced Air Home Services a call at (386) 260-2330. We would be happy to assist.

How Can I Check if I I Have Leaking Pipes?

  • If you think you have a leak but you’re not certain where it might be, there is a straightforward way you can check. Find your water meter, watch and record the level. Be sure that no one uses the water in the building for 1-2 hours. Then go back and note the level. If your level is different, then you most likely have a leak. Definitely call Advanced Air Home Services so we can solve that problem for you!

Is There Anything that shouldn't Be Put in My Garbage Disposal?

Yes. Ensuring your garbage disposal is working correctly is important. In order to get the maximum life of your garbage disposal, these items should not be placed in your garbage disposal:

  • Potato skins
  • Bone fragments and eggshells
  • Banana peels
  • Fats / grease
  • Unpopped popcorn kernels
  • Onion skins
  • Fruit pits and seeds
  • Stringy vegetables like asparagus and celery
