Sam's Club sells Carrier and Rheem HVAC systems through its Home Services program. Advanced Air Home Services is the authorized installation contractor for that program across our Florida service area — which means when a Sam's Club member purchases an HVAC system through the program, Advanced Air handles everything that happens after the sale: site assessment, equipment delivery, installation, permitting through the relevant county building department, and manufacturer warranty registration.
That last part matters more than it sounds. A warranty registered incorrectly, or on a system installed without a permit, creates coverage gaps that don't surface until a compressor fails four years in and the claim gets denied. We pull permits for every Sam's Club installation, coordinate inspections with the applicable county — Volusia, Flagler, or the surrounding jurisdictions — and register the equipment warranty to the homeowner's address at point of completion.
